A score of 21 - 31 for example indicates that you are in the early stages of exploring your career and have given it very little consideration up until this point. We assume that this questionnaire has probably got you thinking about the importance of this process and we encourage you to get started sooner rather than later. The career workshop would be a great place for you to start as it will accelerate you career development, providing you with valuable information about yourself and the world of work. This information immediately puts you in a more informed position from which you can make a confident career decision.
A score of 32 - 57 for example indicates that you have given your future career some thought and possibly considered a few options but there is still a fair amount of uncertainly about what exactly will be best for you. We recommend that you attend the career workshop as this will give you insights into yourself and knowledge about careers that will assist you in clarifying what exactly it is you want to do with your future. Only then can you make a decision that you are truly comfortable and confident.
A score of 57 and up for example indicates that you are well on your way to discovering your career, or may have already decided on a career and are in the process of developing an action plan for achieving your goals. However, you may find that you require support in developing a comprehensive action plan or perhaps there are still areas that you are requiring clarification and/or confirmation before you can move forward with absolute confidence. We recommend you attend career counselling in order to deal with these last few critical parts to making a final decision and moving forward with certainty.
